Jammy Eggs with Pesto on Toast
The breakfast you wake up excited for everyday. Crispy toast layered with herby Besto and topped with jammy soft-boiled eggs that melt into a rich, savory, golden drizzle.
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 2 people
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 slices of any bread of choice
- Besto
- Butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
Directions:
- Boil eggs: Cook in boiling water for 6½–7 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
- Toast bread: Toast and drizzle with a little olive oil.
- Assemble: Spread butter on toast, slice eggs in half, place on top.
- Finish: Add salt, pepper, and drizzle as much Besto to your liking on top of the jammy eggs.
