Jammy Eggs with Pesto on Toast 

The breakfast you wake up excited for everyday. Crispy toast layered with herby Besto and topped with jammy soft-boiled eggs that melt into a rich, savory, golden drizzle.

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 slices of any bread of choice
  • Besto 
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

 

Directions:     

  1. Boil eggs: Cook in boiling water for 6½–7 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
  2. Toast bread: Toast and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  3. Assemble: Spread butter on toast, slice eggs in half, place on top.
  4. Finish: Add salt, pepper, and drizzle as much Besto to your liking on top of the jammy eggs.
