Besto Beef Bowl

Ingredients:
For the Sweet Potatoes:
- 1 Japanese sweet potato, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
For the Beef:
- ½ lb grass-fed ground beef
- ½ tsp sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp Siete Spicy Taco Seasoning
For the Bowl:
- ½ cup cottage cheese (@good_culture)
- 1 handful spinach & microgreens
- ½ avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup pickles (@grillos)
- 1-2 tbsp Besto
For Topping:
- 1 tbsp hot honey
- Flaky salt
Directions:
1. Roast Sweet Potatoes: Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, garlic, and nutritional yeast. Roast 30 min, flipping halfway.
2. Cook Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add seasonings and cook through.
3. Assemble Bowl: Add cottage cheese, spinach, microgreens, avocado, pickles, beef, and sweet potatoes to a bowl.
4. Finish & Serve: Drizzle with hot honey, sprinkle flaky salt, and top with Besto. Enjoy!
