Whipped Besto Ricotta

Creamy, dreamy, and packed with flavor — this dip does it all. Use it as a spread, dollop it on roasted veggies, swirl it into grain bowls, or serve it with crusty bread and crackers for a quick appetizer.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta

  • 3 tablespoons Besto

  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: A drizzle of high-quality olive oil

  • Optional: Lemon zest, for brightness

Directions:

  1. In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine ricotta and Besto.

  2. Whip until smooth and creamy — about 1–2 minutes in a processor, or 3–4 minutes by hand using a whisk.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Spoon into a serving bowl. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of lemon zest, if using.

  5. Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Serving ideas: Spread on toast, pair with grilled vegetables, top your favorite pasta, or serve with crackers and crudités.
