Pesto Shrimp Linguine

Cook time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil (2 tbsp for cooking the shrimp)
  • Besto (4-5 tbsp adjust to taste)
  • 16 oz of shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Salt (2 tsp adjust if needed)
  • Pepper (1 tsp)
  • Cherry tomatoes (1 cup, cut into halves)
  • Linguine (8oz)
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2c for mixing in and garnish)
  • Curly Italian Parsley (1/4 cup chopped, for garnish)
  • 2 lemons (juiced)
