Shrimp Linguine

Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- Besto
- 16 oz of shrimp
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cherry tomatoes
- Linguine
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Curly Italian Parsley
- 2 lemons
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan, drizzle olive oil and bring to a medium-low heat.
- Throw in 16 oz of shrimp of choice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Separately, cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.
- Once the shrimp is pink & cooked, add the cherry tomatoes into the pan. Juice the 2 lemons and pour the lemon juice into the pan.
- Add 4-5 spoonfuls of Besto and let the tomatoes, shrimp, and Besto simmer together.
- In a separate pot, bring water to boil, and cook linguine until it becomes al dente.
- Scoop 1/2 cup of pasta water and add it to the shrimp besto sauce pan.
- Once linguine is cooked, add the pasta to the shrimp saucepan and stir it together.
- Finely chop curly italian parsley and add it to the linguine pasta.
- Add 1/2 cup of grated parmesean cheese and add more Besto the pasta. Stir together.
- Garnish with extra parsley and parmesan, if needed.
