Pesto Prosciutto Pizza

Cook time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- Dough of choice
- Besto
- 2 tomatoes
- Mozzarella
- Prosciutto
- Fresh basil leaves
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Use any dough of choice (fresh pizza dough, lavash bread, cauliflower crust etc.)
- Place the dough/crust on to a baking tray.
- Layer a thick layer of Besto across the whole pizza.
- Thinly slice tomatoes to add on top.
- Layer on the mozzarella.
- Add on top thin, slices of prosciutto.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. For extra crispiness, broil until golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves on top and grated parmesan.
