Besto Avocado Toast with Pickled Onions

The ultimate toast upgrade — creamy, crunchy, tangy, and nut-free.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough, toasted
  • 2–3 tablespoons Besto (The OG Nut-Free Pesto)
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickled red onions
  • Everything bagel seasoning (or sesame and poppy seeds)
  • Flaky sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Toast sourdough slices to your liking.
  2. Spread a generous layer of Besto on each slice.
  3. Top with sliced avocado.
  4. Layer on pickled onions.
  5. Sprinkle with everything seasoning, flaky salt, and black pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
