Besto Avocado Toast with Pickled Onions

Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough, toasted
- 2–3 tablespoons Besto (The OG Nut-Free Pesto)
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup pickled red onions
- Everything bagel seasoning (or sesame and poppy seeds)
- Flaky sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Toast sourdough slices to your liking.
- Spread a generous layer of Besto on each slice.
- Top with sliced avocado.
- Layer on pickled onions.
- Sprinkle with everything seasoning, flaky salt, and black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
