Peaches, Prosciutto & Besto Burrata

Cook time: 8-10 minutes

Dinner party appetizer or charcuterie board

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 Peaches
  • Besto
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Honey
  • Prosciutto (6 oz)
  • Burrata
  • Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Place 1 burrata in the middle of a serving platter or charcuterie board.
  2. On a cutting board, cut the peaches into thick wedges and place on to the serving platter.
  3. Tear the prosciutto into smaller pieces and place it in between the peaches on the tray.
  4. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top of everything.
  5. Drizzle honey, olive oil, and Besto on top.
  6. Enjoy and serve cold!
