Cook time: 8-10 minutes

Dinner party appetizer or charcuterie board

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 Peaches (about 3 cups when sliced into wedges)
  • Besto (2 tbsp)
  • Salt (1/2 tsp salt, adjust to taste)
  • Black Pepper (1/2 tsp, adjust to taste)
  • Honey (2 tbsp for drizzling)
  • Prosciutto (6 oz, about 6 slices torn into smaller pieces)
  • Burrata (1 ball, around 4-6 oz)
  • Olive Oil (1-2 tbsp for drizzling)

Directions:

Directions:

1. Prep the peaches: Wash and slice peaches into wedges (about 3 cups). Set aside.

2. Arrange the base: On a serving platter or board, place the burrata in the center. Tear it slightly for a more rustic presentation.

3. Add the prosciutto: Tear prosciutto slices into smaller pieces and drape them around the burrata.

4. Layer the peaches: Arrange peach slices around and slightly overlapping the burrata and prosciutto.

5. Drizzle with Besto: Spoon 2 tablespoons of Besto over the burrata and peaches, allowing it to cascade naturally for visual appeal.

6. Season: Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly over the dish to taste.

7. Final touches: Drizzle honey and olive oil lightly over the entire platter.

8. Serve: Enjoy immediately with crusty bread or crackers—or as-is with forks for an easy, shareable starter.
