Peaches, Prosciutto & Besto Burrata

Dinner party appetizer or charcuterie board
Ingredients:
- 4-5 Peaches
- Besto
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Honey
- Prosciutto (6 oz)
- Burrata
- Olive Oil
Directions:
- Place 1 burrata in the middle of a serving platter or charcuterie board.
- On a cutting board, cut the peaches into thick wedges and place on to the serving platter.
- Tear the prosciutto into smaller pieces and place it in between the peaches on the tray.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top of everything.
- Drizzle honey, olive oil, and Besto on top.
- Enjoy and serve cold!
