Cottage Cheese Tomato Toast

Cook time: 5 minutes

High protein

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tomato
  • Besto
  • Bread of choice
  • Good Culture Cottage Cheese 2%
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Red Crushed Chili Flakes

Directions:

  1. Toast a piece of bread of your choice.
  2. Layer Besto on the toast.
  3. Add a layer off cottage cheese
  4. Slice a tomato and layer on top.
  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper and red chili flakes.
  6. Enjoy!
