“Boy Dinner” Steak, Broccolini & Rice

Ingredients:
- 1 Filet Mignon
- Besto
- Broccolini
- Garlic Salt
- Black Pepper
- Lemon
- Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup Jasmine Rice
- 2 cups of Chicken Stock or Bone Broth
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- On a large baking tray, place foil on top.
- Cut the bottom ends of the broccolini off and and place the broccolini on baking tray.
- Drizzle broccolini with olive oil, garlic salt, and black pepper.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Once cooked, set aside.
- Pat dry the filet mignon with a paper towel.
- Coat the steak with olive oil on both sides.
- Sprinkle on both sides of steak garlic salt and black pepper.
- Bake the steak in cast iron pan for 8 min at 400°F.
- Using oven gloves, take the steak out of the oven and place on stove top at medium high heat.
- Add 2 tbsp of butter to the cast iron pan and sear all 4 sides of the steak until cooked to temperature of choice.
- Once steak is done, transfer to a cutting board and slice.
- Pour the baste from the cast iron pan on to the steak. Let the steak rest.
- In a separate pot, wash and pour 1 cup of jasmine rice.
- Add 2 cups of chicken stock or bone broth. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce to a low heat and turn off heat once rice is cooked.
- In a separate bowl, plate the rice, broccolini, and steak. Drizzle Besto on top of the steak. Enjoy!
