Besto Sweet Potatoes

A new take on sweet potatoes, a little magic from Besto, and a whole lot to be thankful for this season.

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatos (1.5 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Besto
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika

Directions:     

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice sweet potatoes into ½-inch thick rounds (about 12–14 slices).
  3. Toss slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  4. Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender inside and crisp around the edges.
  6. Serve: Arrange roasted sweet potatoes on a platter and drizzle generously with Besto. Garnish with fresh herbs or flaky salt if desired.
